I not only offer encouragement and support as you work to find balance, contentment, and fulfillment in your life, but as a board-certified hypnotist, I use hypnosis as my go-to tool, effecting positive, long-term changes, quicker and much more effectively.

Certified Hypnosis

Using hypnosis, along with a variety of mind/body-based holistic tools and techniques including biofeedback and meditation, can help harness your innate potential for positive transformation, deal with stress and social anxiety, manage OCD, mitigate anxiety and panic attacks, and ultimately refocus and reset yourself to be more centered, calm, and fulfilled.

Sherry received lay vows in 1992 through the Bhavana Society in West Virginia, a Theravada Buddhist community, in mindfulness studies, and received
a Certificate of Completion Training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
